Throughout JoAnn’s adult life, yoga has always been a practice that she gravitated toward in times of stress. Yoga has always brought JoAnn calm and peace. In 2012, JoAnn began to develop health issues and once again found her way back to yoga as a way of healing her body, mind, and spirit. Yoga transformed JoAnn’s life in a beautiful, positive way and through teaching yoga she wants to offer the same gifts to others.
She is a 200-hour graduate of EnduraFit Yoga school and a Yoga Alliance member. JoAnn brings a relaxing and gentle approach to her yoga classes, great for new and beginner students.

Ravinder (Angel) knew at an early age growing up in India that she wanted to help people live a healthy lifestyle. She began her yoga journey in 2011 as a way to deal with stress, insomnia and anxiety. Ravinder brings a spiritual understanding to the practice that is enlightening and open-hearted.
She is a 200-hour graduate of EnduraFit Yoga school and a Yoga Alliance member. Her teaching style is based on alignment and safe for all levels of yogis. She enjoys teaching new and beginner students.
